About Me

Describe Yourself:

I have many interests: reading,writing,art,.. to name a few
I do not use foul language and do not read anything foul.
I love humor as long as it's clean
I have lots of empathy and sympathy for those who have troubles.
I like to read intelligently written articles, stories and books.
I try not to offend anyone, but I will write on things that I think should not be happening. I consider myself a Christian in progress, a 'work' in progress, with a ways to go. I believe that 'practice makes pretty good' and only God can make us perfect. I believe that someday, as the Bible promises, the earth will be a paradise the likes of which no one has seen or can imagine. I hope to be there and to see millions of my fellow humans there too. I have a lot of things wrong with me physically, but I try not to let them get me so far down that I never get up again. Sometimes I whine about them, and hope that I can be forgiven for that. I love my children more than life itself.

Really tired of hearing grammar destroyed by the media people. On every channel, every network, they are in need of some lessons on how to speak the language correctly. And, they need to learn not to be rude when a guest on other shows.

Oh no, you had a dream with me in it? Must have been a nightmare. :)
I haven't forgotten you. I still plan on emailing you. Just am slow at it.
How are you? Still coughing here. Got a fever blister now too. The kids are well again. Nikki called, she's coughing and runny nose.
I kind of wondered if you'd gotten sick when you took your son in. I will be in touch soon. Trying to stay warm here, suddenly got below zero and that is not the windchill. :( I've been sealing things up to stop the drafts. Every winter got to do that.

It sure causes some hard, deep, painful coughing, makes cramping all over, even travels to the neck and head. Can be a little scary. Maybe we all ought to see a doctor?

Whatever we have seems to get better and worse, sounds like you have the same thing only you got sicker? How long have you had it? I feel bad for you. Please take care. Tylenol helps me with not coughing. I just didn't take any when I didn't want to sleep, it makes me tired. It sure is miserable. I know how you are feeling. Comforting hugs and prayers you get well soon.

Hi Shirley, How are you and yours? How is college? We've all been sick with a cold. Mine has lasted ten days now. I was really sick. I hope it clears up soon. Then my fillings in my front teeth came out a couple weeks ago and today part of the tooth broke so in a couple weeks it's off to the dentist. Got colder and a little snow here. Not much else new.
